The Indira Gandhi National Open University (IGNOU) has extended the deadline for students to apply for the December 2024 Term-End Examination (TEE). Candidates enrolled in the online distance learning (ODL) and online programmes now have until October 27 to register without incurring a late fee.
For those who miss the deadline, IGNOU will still accept applications between October 28 and November 3 with a late fee of Rs 1,100. The university has also extended the application deadline for all ODL and online mode programmes, excluding semester-based and certificate programmes, until October 31. Interested students can review the available programmes and apply via IGNOU’s official website: iop.ignouonline.ac.in.
Eligible students may also apply for government scholarships through the national scholarship portal at scholarships.gov.in after confirming their admission. In addition, IGNOU has extended the assignment submission deadline to October 31 for all courses, including ODL, online programmes, GOAL, and EVBB, applicable for the December 2024 TEE. Students can submit their assignments in either hard or soft copy.
