Nita Ambani Channels Retro Bollywood Glamour in Red Sari at Athlete Dinner at Antilia

Nita Ambani, Chairperson of Reliance Foundation, hosted a special dinner at her Mumbai residence, Antilia, to honor the accomplishments of Indian athletes such as Manu Bhaker, Neeraj Chopra, Navdeep Singh, and Mona Agarwal. Embracing a retro 90s Bollywood aesthetic, Ambani opted for a classic and elegant red sari for the event.

The sari was predominantly plain but featured intricate textured detailing along the pallu and hemline, adding subtle sophistication without overshadowing the bold red hue. Ambani paired it with a dazzlingly detailed blouse, loose waves, and gold jewelry, including a statement necklace that perfectly complemented the vibrant red of the sari.

The event, titled ‘United in Triumph,’ celebrated the achievements of 140 Indian Olympians and Paralympians, emphasizing the unifying power of sports and the importance of inclusivity. Ambani expressed pride in hosting the athletes, noting that this was the first time India’s Olympians and Paralympians for the Paris Games gathered on one platform. Bollywood actors Kartik Aryan and Ranveer Singh also attended, underscoring the event’s grandeur.

The initiative further demonstrated Reliance Foundation’s dedication to supporting and empowering Indian athletes, with projects like the India House at the Paris 2024 Olympics reinforcing their commitment to fostering a strong sporting culture in the country.
